Drone Mission Factory
| A free tool designed to ease creation of large-scale mapping missions, destined to be used in the DJI Pilot 2 app. We use this internally to slice large-scale mission areas into smaller areas, for the Matrice series of drones to fly. Comes with a basic toolset to create and manipulate mission areas using a keyboard and mouse, and missions once created can be imported into the DJI Pilot 2 app or put in an archive for future re-use. |
LogLauncher
| A tool our director created when he was a systems management consultant, it gets a lot of use internally when we’re looking at or for log files, and has been publicly available for several years, even featured on Microsoft’s wound-down TechNet Gallery. The source code is available on GitHub. It is useful for drone pilots who need to revisit logs regularly on local and remote devices. Open and it scans for log files in known locations, which can be extended to include locations you want searched. Packed with handy features, can be configured to show log files from a variety of drone-related sources on a computer. Save time when returning to logs by finding them in LogLauncher. Recommend using Notepad++ as your log viewer to accompany LogLauncher. |
